The subdivision
The morelle is the flower of the potato plant: discreet, but it is the one that announces the harvest. The name is a salute to the land that has supported the family since 1967 — and to every grower in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade.
Multi-unit, single-family, semi-detached, townhouses — and possibly a few commercial lots. Each phase mixes typologies instead of stacking them.
